I know in the past, my outfit lunch segments, I've shared with y' all some recipes with it. There's some secrets, let's just say this. On the chicken on the leg quarters, I did season them two things before. I put my regular, the regular jerk seasoning on it. Nutmeg and. And ground allspice. Y' all, don't knock it till you tried it. All right? I'll give away that much. But I use that in the base of the rub or the seasoning that I had on the chicken. So just letting y' all know that. But yeah, outside of that, we just, we, we. We just steady working on the Oklahoma Joe, you know what I mean? Trying out different things and, and tasting, you know, testing different palettes or, or flavor profiles, if you will. That's all. First one that I had, I wanted to. I wrote this down and I have this stated as don't become or don't be your own obstacle. So do not be your own obstacle. A lot of people may phrase it as getting in your own way or, you know, being in the way. You're getting in your. In your own way. But I think about people. There's certain people that, you know, you can almost count on something happening or something going wrong with them, right? Or something's always up. And then when you analyze it or if you. You spend time with them, you notice that. That a lot of that is self inflicted. A lot of the worry that we carry throughout life and stuff like that. And the concern is things that may never happen or have not happened. There's no evidence of it happening. So don't become your own obstacle. If you have a task task to do, just do it. If, like, time is undefeated in the. In the regards of if I have somewhere to be, regardless if whatever the traffic or whatever is going on out there in the elements, if I leave where I'm pushing it, then there's a good chance that I'm gonna be late. But if I consistently leave 20 minutes earlier or 15 minutes earlier than. Than the ETA of where I'm going, then I'm probably setting myself up for success as far as, you know, where I need to arrive at and stuff. I hope that's making sense. But that's the simplest form of me saying, don't become your own obstacles, you know, don't do things where. Because, you know, again, life is just a series of our choices. So make wise choices, if you will. I hope that that makes sense. That was my first little random thought. I know it's kind of, you know, philosophical or like I'm giving advice, but hey, I just had that random thought. The second one is this. This is gonna. It's just so, you know, I brought up Paige Becker's the other week or whatever, like that salute's page, but there's like, white women that, you know, and I'm not at all, like, sexually attracted to them, but they are. Okay, I'm gonna read this article from the Daily Beast because I don't have all of the all of the details on this, but salute to Ryan Clark and let's see here. ESPN anchor Ryan Clark was let go by the network, so he's not ESPN anchored in anyways. Anchor Ryan Clark was let go by the network ESPN during a live broadcast. Sources told the at the athletic that Clark, 46, was informed of his firing during Monday's NFL Live show. The anchor subsequently did not finish the program. The Athletic reports that ESPN decided to tell Clark during the broadcast out of fear that the news of his departure would leak. Sources said that they did not want him to read it online before being told in person. Clark's job was allegedly in jeopardy since February Super Bowl. The network is planning to instigate and to instigate further layoffs on Tuesday as a part of a broader cuts at Disney, ESPN's parent company. You don't say. These cuts will reportedly affect both on air personalities and off air employees at ESPN and NFL Networks, its sister platform acquired in February. The Daily Beast has reached out to ESPN for comment. As per a memo sent to ESPN employees by Chairman Jimmy Pataro and obtained by the Daily Beast, the company has made some difficult decisions made about job impacts.
