[00:00:04] Speaker A: Y. Yo, what up, bro? Y' all stand for O.T. yeah. Nah, get that bread, bro. Y' all gotta stay for O.T. listen up, workers. Overtime is mandatory this weekend. No excuses. [00:00:24] Speaker B: Let me work. Please let me work. Let me work. Please. Let me bang, bang, bang. [00:00:33] Speaker A: Shit like that. [00:00:34] Speaker C: Shit like that. [00:00:34] Speaker B: I'm a member of OSEGA Omega Sci Fi Fraternity. Greta the tittle tattle prattled on about the little metal bottle she spat a bit of spittle on the modern brittle tattle in a bitter battle. [00:00:45] Speaker A: Hey, hey. [00:00:46] Speaker B: Stop questioning my methods, okay? [00:00:48] Speaker A: I was chosen for this task for a very good reason. No, you chose your. [00:01:00] Speaker D: I pledge obedience to the divided States of America. Fearing that if I speak on the lies in the hate in America. I'll be labeled as a guy that lies and hates on America. Therein lies lies my disdain and distaste with America. I hope y' all prepare. Cause we gonna stir it up. I hear cries of Maga. I ask her what was the first formula to make America great? Let the wicked lead the righteous. Watch America hate. How much sweat and labor pain and agony we made America take before the birth of a new nation Y' all sleep. We made America late. Wait, wait now Indoctrinate me with this American dream Now as I wake Deception appears in misguin Wicked dreams manifested it's all appear in misguin. A cacophony of silence appears in my being all the while Carpe diem is what I seem to hear in my dreams. So we choose to seize the day Let God's love lead the way and watch divinity be reciprocated, fabricated no matter what the people say. See, I'm a preach today. All y' all insecure cats go and kick it with Issa Ray. But I gotta keep it, player. See, y' all declare that it says we hold these truths to be self evident. That all men are created equal. Well, quick question. When will we hold these truths to be self evident for me and my people? I mean, sit back, think about it. [00:02:20] Speaker C: Really. [00:02:21] Speaker D: Am I right, people? The only time we hold these truths to be self evident is when it comes to white people. Now, that might not sound all the way politically right people, but understand, see, [00:02:33] Speaker A: I love my country. [00:02:34] Speaker D: Tis a D. But it's that sweet, sweet land of liberty. Not the idea of some unarmed dead black kids in the street. I mean, that shit gets sickening. It's because they resemble me. You remember when that stuff happened in Charlotte, right? They painted us as looters, savages, renegades. Is insane. We never been no losers. I know Bad kids, never been afraid. But I think as a child of destiny, it goes beyond saying that if you throw lemons at me, well, I'm gonna make lemonade. [00:03:06] Speaker A: So what's the solution? What's the solution? [00:03:10] Speaker D: We must make us stronger. Gotta learn to speak less, listen more, hug longer. See, they made the drug stronger but it's more hunger so we gotta fight to weaken hate we gotta work to love stronger this revolution will not be televised in the grand spectrum there's no Time Warners so we gotta operate daily with the audacity of divine expectancy Drenched all honest. [00:03:49] Speaker B: Put this gun in your purse Put this gun in your purse Put this gun in your purse Put this gun in your purse Sometimes it'll get bad Sometimes it'll get worse Put this gun in your purse Sometime we gotta die Them niggas gonna die first. Put this gun in your purse Put this gun in your purse Put this gun in your purse Sometimes it'll get bad Sometimes it'll get wor. [00:04:18] Speaker A: You're. What's going on? What's going on, everybody? How y' all doing? How y' all doing? Welcome to another episode of Mandatory Overtime with your main man here, DJ High Star, in the place to be. I appreciate y' all being here with me as well. The aim here, mandatory overtime, of course, as always, is for us to recalibrate and redefine manhood in our community with one conversation at a time. Our community consists of myself and you all. So I appreciate y' all being here. First and foremost, all right, it's just a social experiment and consistency, first and foremost. It's an audio journal. 1180s, baby. Social experiment, inconsistency. Could have been anywhere in the world, but you're here listening to me, and for that, I appreciate you welcome. Welcome on out. Don't confuse this with the manosphere. It's just a place where the man is fair. So pull up a chair, like, comment, subscribe, tell your friends, tell your family, share. But most importantly, make some noise because your man is here. You know I'm saying? Reporting live from the 704-70-4980 Queen City type things. What's up, Queen City? What's happening? What's happening in all surrounding areas. Greater Charlotte area as well. World though. Charlotte, America. What's happening? What's good? What's goody? I. I know I'm reporting. I think I got a couple people in the building. Shout out to my Russian sound engineer that I got in a check, one, two. A check, one, two. All right, we good. Let's go to work, man. Let's go to work. What's good, y'? All? Shout out to everybody that tuned into last week's episode. I am somebody, of course. Salute to Jesse Jackson and everything like that. And everything. It's been a. Been kind of a heavy Black history month, but we're gonna get to that. We're going to talk about that a little bit today, definitely. I hope y' all are doing okay. I'm doing well. I'm doing well. If I gotta run down everything. Fresh off of a poker night last night in Fort Mill, South Carolina. All right. Okay. I know we're gonna get to it in a minute, but nobody blurted out. Okay, we'll get to that in a minute. BAFTAs did okay out there. Salute to my brother, Big Cliff. Big Cliff came. Came back with second place, y'. All. Second place. So he did pretty well. I did. I did decent. It pretty much similar to. To what I did the week prior or whatnot. As far as how far I made it out, y' all recall. Be Easy, because I guess this could count as a revision, but Be Easy wrote us last week, and it was inquiring about the poker here and there. And I just want to let y' all know, this is how poker works, you know what I'm saying? Especially when you're at the table. But he was. I see what he's doing, but nevertheless. Nevertheless shout out to Be Easy. I'm gonna say, I see what you're doing. But he threw the bait out there to say, hey, you know what's the most you don't want over there? You know what's the most? Come to find out, Be Easy. He does play poker. I was listening ear hustling on his show. His most recent episode of DJ Blaze radio show podcast. And Be Easy. He sounds like. I'm not either. I'm not. He don't sound like no fish when it comes to this. All right. I'm just saying you don't sound like no fish. You know what I'm talking about? Be Easy sounds like he may be around her, like you may be a little shark out here, you know, I'm saying, looking a clip, looking for opportunities. I don't know. I don't know. I won't put that on my boy. But. And I didn't mean to start it like this. And you know what I mean, put all of that light on my brother, man. High quality individual. But I was. Cliff had me looking for Be Easy last night at poker night out here in Fort Mill be easy. Of course, you listen in. You're always welcome out this way to play. But. Yeah. Had a great time out there. Of course, per usual. Let's see here. Got a couple things today. Out for lunch segment, all of that. But y' all know how we normally rock. We got to get it started. We're building some wisdom. [00:08:40] Speaker C: Come here. [00:08:41] Speaker A: Let's get this right. [00:08:41] Speaker B: What's today's mathematics? Yo, no disrespect, but we ain't in [00:08:44] Speaker D: all of that, son. [00:08:45] Speaker B: Build, destroy the builders. To elevate the mentalities of self and those around self to add positive energy to every nation. To build, you must first start from the root, which is the knowledge foundation. And I don't want to. The highest peak. To destroy is to eliminate and destroy any and all negativity that enters my cipher of supreme harmony. [00:09:05] Speaker A: Peace, God. [00:09:06] Speaker B: Peace, God. [00:09:07] Speaker A: Come on, son. [00:09:08] Speaker B: But do the knowledge. [00:09:10] Speaker A: I know you gonna dig this. All right, so we got a couple of quotes that Cousin Jerome sent over, of course, in the group chat that we're going to go through. Because we need to fortify. Re. Fortify. Black history or whatnot. So we're going to definitely go through some of these. See here? First one is going to be from Sojourner Truth. Though it seems curious, I do not remember ever asking for anything but what I got. I'm sorry, y'. All. Though it seems curious, I do not remember ever asking for anything but what I got it. And I always received it as an answer to my prayers, but what I got it. Okay, I don't know if that's written the right way, but I get the gist of that. Salute. Salute. Sis. Salute. All right, next is from Malcolm X. Malcolm X. A race of people is like an individual man until it uses its own talent, takes pride in its own history, expresses its own culture, affirms its own selfhood. It can never fulfill itself. Salute. Shout out to Malcolm X on that one. Then we got one from MLK, Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of convenience and comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. Love that. All right, salute. Salute. Let's see here. And then lastly from Ella Baker. When Cousin Jerome have. Here. In order to see where we are going, we not must. We not only must remember where we have been, but we must understand where we have been. Okay, shout out Sister Ella Baker. All right, this next one is going to be courtesy of Brother Sock, but it is from poet laureate out of Philadelphia, the city of Brotherly love cool. He's stated you always odd. As long as you thorough and as long as you thoroughly. You always gonna be hard. All right, So I could say. I could try to say it a little bit, you know, more modern for y'. [00:11:34] Speaker C: All. [00:11:35] Speaker A: I don't have a Philly accent like that, but you always are. As long as you thorough, and as long as you thorough, you always gonna be hard. There we go. All right. And then one. I was speaking with my brother earlier. My brother DJ GQ out there in the A. My frat brother. I was speaking with him earlier today, and he dropped some wisdom on me just casually. But he said, fortune favors the bold. Love that. Love that. [00:12:09] Speaker E: I know you gonna do this. [00:12:12] Speaker A: So let's see here. Wanted to also play a couple of things. This first excerpt is going to be Barry White. He was speaking on the Arsenio hall show back in the day. I want to go ahead and play this for us. Give me one second. [00:12:27] Speaker B: Don't need no negativity. [00:12:29] Speaker E: No, no, no. [00:12:30] Speaker B: You said something interesting, and I know a lot of people misunderstood it, so I want you to be able to say it. I think it was Details magazine you talked about. You used the word God and that's what messed everybody up. But you said you something to the effect you were a self made God. [00:12:47] Speaker C: Explain it. [00:12:49] Speaker E: I made up my mind to make a change in my life when I was 16 years old. We are all gods on this planet. Every man and every woman. Life. We can take life. We control what goes into the sea, whether the fish can live or not. We decide if the trees can grow tall. We decide if the children will eat. We are very powerful beings on the planet Earth. And when I said a self made God, I meant just what I said. Barry White changed his life. So you're right. Yeah. [00:13:31] Speaker B: And people criticize the statement. [00:13:33] Speaker E: No, not to my knowledge. It's the first time I'm hearing about it. Yeah, but you know, people tend to play down our power. Well, don't worry about it. This next guy do it. Unless that's God above to do it. There's a lot of things that has to change on this planet Earth that only we can change. And until we embrace the fact that we are as powerful as we are as beings, we're going to continue to make the mistakes and allow the mistakes to be made. From our children to our adults, to our elderly to whatever situation you want to talk about. [00:14:14] Speaker B: Okay, we got to run to a quick commercial. [00:14:19] Speaker A: It's the ancestor Barry White right there. Okay. All right, Practice what you preach? Come on. The OGs know who Barry White is. Y' all know what time it is for those that need a brief history. I'm talking about a man that was over or hired all white symphony, okay? They all worked for him, all right? So I, I don't know, I'm. I don't know how many people could feel that, you know, this is a flex. It's a flex to me, all right? But salute to Barry White always had his business, right? Music wise and all of that. And the iconic legend for us. I also wanted to play a couple other videos for us because it's Black History Month. And listen, who ain't gonna celebrate us but us if not us? Okay? So these are going to be a couple of videos here on my frat brother, Carter G. Woodson. [00:15:19] Speaker C: Carter G. Woodson was a G who created Black History Week, which would eventually become Black History month in the 1920s, a time period in which black folks could be found hanging from trees like ornaments. And the so called scientific community was convinced that black folks were of an intellectually inferior stock. What inspired him to do such a thing? Let me explain. When Dr. Woodson was a young man, he was equipped with the task of reading the newspaper to the older black gentleman that he worked with because they could not read. During that process, he gained the love and appreciation for education, not just because he was reading to them, but. But because they also shared stories of what it was like to be enslaved. Secondly, as an educator who worked on behalf of the United States in the Philippines, he was disgusted at the fact that Filipino people were learning about American history and culture instead of their own. Began to think about how that applied to black folks too. Lastly, one of his professors at Harvard told him that black people had no history. So he spent his life proving him otherwise. [00:16:18] Speaker A: So, yes, salute to the ancestor, Carter G. Woodson, brother Carter Godwin Woodson, who's born December 19, 1875 in New Canton, Virginia and transition April 3, 1950 in Washington, D.C. let me see here. He's known for being the dean of Howard University, is a dean at West Virginia Collegiate Institute, which is now West Virginia State University. But more importantly, with regards to Black History month, again in 1926, he began black History, excuse me, Negro History Week and designated it the second week in February to coincide with the market we're marking the birthdays of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass. Woodson, he was quoted. Well, rather, he wrote, the purpose of Negro History Week, it's not so much a Negro History Week as it is a History Week. We should emphasize not Negro history, but the Negro in history. What we need is not a history of selected races or nations, but the history of the world, void of national bias, race hatred and religious prejudice. So salute to our brother, Carter G. Woodson. The idea of Negro History Week. It was a popular one. And then to honor Negro History Week, parades, different things, breakfasts, speeches, lectures, poetry, readings, banquets, exhibits, all of them. Things were commonly held across the country. And then black students and educators at Kent State University expanded this idea to include an entire month beginning on February 1, 1970. Since 1976, every US President has designated February as Black History Month. So again, happy Black History Month to all my black brothers and sisters out there. Okay. All right, now go ahead and say it. Especially the. The foundational black ones. What? I said it. I said it. You know what I'm saying? Nah. But I wanted to read that. I felt like it was important for us to highlight black history because again, they are trying their hardest to erase us or to rewrite history books and just to diminish us, antagonize all of the words. So if you guys aren't aware of the most recent black history shenanigans that's happened, the BAFTA awards, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what they stand for, but their film, some sort of film recognition and honors. Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo were both there. They were presenting an award at the same time. I believe that Ryan Coogler, he. He got some awards for centers out there at that award show as well. The award show is held in the uk. All right, I was thinking. I was thinking about playing the Delroy Lindo clip. But Delroy Lindo is famous for a clip when he's on a news show, maybe over a decade ago. But he's telling the white man that's on the news show is. Is kind of going back and forth with him about racism. And he just. He's telling the guy on the show to say the word, the N word or whatever like that. Now he dares them or he double dares them. Hold on real quick. Let's get to that. Hold on. [00:20:02] Speaker B: I think Chuck is pointing out a double standard here, Adrian. I mean, take hip hop. We talked about this on the show before. You have African American rappers saying inward this and N word that, but a Caucasian can't. [00:20:14] Speaker E: So say it. [00:20:16] Speaker B: Say what? [00:20:17] Speaker A: Say the word you want to say. [00:20:19] Speaker B: I'm not saying that I want to say it. I'm just saying that I Can't. [00:20:21] Speaker A: Sure you can say it. Say it right now. [00:20:24] Speaker B: I will say it with you. [00:20:29] Speaker A: All right, so I had that a little bit off. Right. So it's not a real interview, but it was from a movie or a TV show. I believe that Delroy was playing like an athlete, if I'm not mistaken, maybe a. A football player. Y' all noticed they was calling him Adrian in that. So I don't know. Or was it the game? I don't know what that was. Y' all help me out though, in the audience. I don't know where it came from, the original clip. Let's take a look and I'll do some research on that. I feel very uninformed right now. Right. Because it. He wasn't. It wasn't like in. In a real capacity, was scripted, but still he has that infamous clip. And then, ironically enough, he and Michael B. Jordan are on stage presenting an award. And as you know, the Hollywood writers would have it. Delroy Lindo makes first comments about John [00:21:25] Speaker B: Davidson's racial slur outburst at Baftas 2026. We're here to celebrate. [00:21:34] Speaker A: I don't know if y' all heard that right there. [00:21:36] Speaker B: Delroy Lindo makes first comments about John Davidson's racial slur outburst at BAFTA's 2026. [00:21:42] Speaker C: Part of movie making. [00:21:46] Speaker A: We're here to celebrate. So, yeah, that was the clip, the viral clip from the award show and the gentleman that said it. You know, again, he has Tourette's, understandably. So. So there was some grace given to him. A lot of grace given to him, of course, in the moment and. But the egregiousness is in the lack of editing and a lack of cutting it out. There was a two hour delay in the show, so it just served as a humiliation thing or, you know, a para Humiliation ritual, pseudo humiliation ritual. So, you know, and it was evident because it's so easy to edit out. So that's the thing. I think that that's the microaggression or microaggressive part that gets to black people and it gets to us. So let me see here. Give me just one quick second while we take a look at a couple other things. Bear with me one moment. So, yeah, we've had that instance. We've also had, of course, Donald Trump's February, where it started off with the President Obama post on True Social, with President Obama and his wife depicted as. As. As monkeys or apes. So we had all of that where people are trying to kind of throw us off our Dean, if you will, make Us feel like we're not as powerful as we are. Y' all heard Barry White. And that's the reason that is. That's the reason that it's so important to try to antagonize us when we're. Especially when we're minding our own business, is because people see how powerful we are. You know, we're not bothering nobody, but it's all, like, they're steady trying to get a rise out of black people. And it's. It's interesting and it's funny to me as well, people that, again, this is off of the Tourette's dude by now, and I hope, respectfully, the Tourette's dude, I didn't. I think his name is John something, but off of him. People that just use the N word outrightly looking to get a rise out of black people for some reason. It's like calling a fat person fat. Okay, my fault. It's. It's obvious. I've known I was black my whole life. I hate. It's not a hill that I'm gonna die on if anybody spews the N word out at me. It's kind of something where I'll pray for the. I hate to say it, y'. All. I might not pray for the next man, but I will feel sorry for them. I will feel sorry for them that something's going on. No love. No love with that. I mess around and press that button. I was trying to get my bone. But, yeah, I feel bad for them because whatever is going on within them is not settled enough to where, you know, black people are affecting you that much, I guess, or upsetting you. So that was. That's my ode to Black History Month and what I got to say about Black History Month thus far. I wanted to go ahead and keep the show moving, though, and keep it moving right along. Shout out the wisdom for the week, in other words, and building wisdom. Let's go ahead and go into the break room for a minute. We haven't done this in a while, but wanted to go out for lunch, discuss with y' all what the kid been doing on the Alpha lunch vibes. Listen, this past week, I'll keep it. Try to keep it concise. In short, I did a whole shrimp fried rice vibe, all right? Tasted better than the Chinese food restaurants, all right? No msg, okay? No added preservatives or whatever like that. What have you. Nice shrimp fried rice prepared by yours truly. So add some fresh shrimp, okay? Fresh shrimp. That means you can't. It couldn't Be refrozen. It was purchase fresh from the market, so I couldn't refreeze it. Had to use it, had to cook it. Went ahead, threw that in the cast iron. After seasoning that up, when we talking about seasoning that up, just threw some teriyaki marinade on that. Okay. A little smoked paprika and a little tyene Tajin, tahin, tajin, whatnot in there. Boom. Inside of a bowl, had them tailed devain, shout out to Arab and then massage them things. Pause and had them like seasoned up, heated up the cast iron, put a little bit of olive oil on that. Now, shrimp, especially a good sized shrimp, pause. It's not going to take more than about a minute and a half each side. Anything more than that, you're dealing with tough, rubbery shrimp. So went ahead and made the shrimp. Now, prior to that was preparing the race. All right, I'll be honest with y'. [00:26:44] Speaker E: All. [00:26:45] Speaker A: Okay, first pot of rice. Now about a 90, 95 shooter from the rice. Free throw line, but first pot of rice. You know, I guess I had. Okay, the first pot of rice. It's too mushy. And again, I know how to revive rice. Okay, shout out to slice of stale bread. If you need to revive your rice, just throw that on the top of the pot, cover it up. But we didn't have that type of time. Okay, I didn't have that type of time. Wasn't working with that type of time. So I went ahead, dished that, made another pot of rice. Now, normally with shrimp fried rice, you use day old rice. I'll teach you a little secret on using the same day rice with your shrimp fried rice. Once it was done, I had to fluff it up, let it rest, let the rice rest, let some air get to it. So the best way for some air to get to it laid out a cookie sheet, put foil on the top. Boom. Laid the rice out and spread it out across the cookie sheet so it could air out. People don't think about that, but continue. Frozen veggies, pack those up in a different skillet. Cook those. By the time that those frozen veggies was done and the rice kind of cooled off, it was time to go ahead and cook the egg and the cast iron and get some of the other veggies. The fresh veggies that was cut up was a beautiful experience. Little green onions to top it off at the end. Man. Chef's kiss. Chef's kiss. Chef's kiss. Shout out to the alpha lunch segment this week, I outdid myself. If I say so myself, I outdid myself. So wanted to go ahead and get to our email segment for the week. We do have an email in here to that I wanted to get to. Let's see here. All right, here we go. The letter reads, hey, hey, mandatory OT Fam. I've been protecting my peace, minding my business, teaching my students all the black things as I do all year, but been getting me hot. It's been such an influx of disrespect toward black people. Foundational black Americans specifically. I get it. The machine thought they were going to get black people to riot and protest against ice, but instead they have been killing innocent white protesters. Not expected. So they're doing everything they can to agitate us. I. E. Trump posting the Obamas as monkeys and BAFTA Tourette's comment. This is all by design. What's really bothering me is other groups of black people going out of their way to disrespect us too. Haitians. This is in all caps. A little shady, but this is in all caps. Haitians calling us dirty black Americans and a Nigerian tick tocker saying that she hates foundational black Americans and that we deserve to die all during Black History Month. Mind you, Black History Month is for black. Excuse me. Mind you, Black History Month is for foundational black Americans only. What are we doing? What are we talking about? For real? This email isn't to harp or bring out the tiny violin, but we genuinely have to acknowledge that being a scapegoat for others is so exhausting. But anywho, happy Black History Month to Capital B, black folks. And find peace within and surround yourself with everything and everyone that makes you happy. Love us down. Peace and love. Reb. Salute to Ari B. Shout out to Ari B for that. Thank you for the email. But yes, I certainly agree. We are exasperated, if you will, and tired, exhausted from dealing with things. A moment of transparency of me being vulnerable with y' all is. I've shared it with, with Ari Bieber, with a few other of my friends. I feel ultimately like I am the normal one in a room full of crazy people all too often, you know. So I had to just stay rooted in my righteous self and stay rooted in my righteousness because it's getting wild. And I. I agree fully with rib sentiments. I want to read back over the email like I normally do just to make sure I don't miss anything. Like we were discussing at the beginning of the show though, the again, the attempts to make black people be the face of these protests and be on the front lines against ICE and everything like that, that's failed. The attempts to get us agitated or ticked off to the point where we're crashing out, that's failed as well. And then, Reb, I'm glad that your algorithm, you know, it's. It's kind of. It's whatever. I'm not going to say it's course corrected or adjusted, but you're starting to see some of the things that I've seen. Like. So I'll talk about this real quick. Again with the foundation of Black American. Officially, like, it's considered a lineage, right? It's. It's simply us to ident. It's an identifier, if you will. It's not an organization. It's not a group or anything like that. But whenever the back and forth goes back and forth with, like, Tariq Nasheed with regards to foundational Black Americans, and he gets a lot of the critique for it, I always. I always think about the. What he's received. In other words, the things that you're talking about in here, Reb. Like, when you listen to a lot of his older, He'll. He'll have, like, what is it? Twitter lives and things like that. That is like, similar to clubhouse. He'll have Twitter live sessions that he posts on YouTube. And a lot of those, he has other, you know, Africans or Haitians or non foundational black Americans speaking down or examples of them speaking down and denigrating black Americans. And again, the identifier itself, it began to me, it began becoming prevalent when the idea in the talk or discussion around reparations was becoming prevalent, because as you start to begin to talk about that, then everybody begins to want to be included in that. Okay? Y' all don't believe me? Look at the Native Americans. Whenever they started to get their land and their reservations and stuff like that. And you had the $5 Indians running around here that were really white. Okay? So it's not beyond the scope that soon. That or it's not coincidence that as soon as we started identifying ourselves as foundational Black Americans, there's all this pushback and all of this critique and criticism and projected division on us like that. We're the ones that are looking to divide. So it is definitely exhausting. And this goes right into our random thoughts because some other exhausting things going on this week, and I don't know what. I don't know, man. I don't know some of this stuff. I. I don't know what to say about it. But let's see. Here. The first thing, I wanted to go ahead and. All right, first thing. It's exhausting. 50 and ti all right, what are we doing for real now? Granted, TI he been snapping as soon as he told himself, let me chill out from the comedy. It's like MJ putting down the baseball bat. He said, let me chill out from the comedy and cut my hair, get back to what I know best. And then that ramen in the booth, that stuff is like muscle memory for the brother. So he got right to it. Got at 50 that, you know, of course they're going back and forth. It's. It's not even important enough for me to cover with the other things that's going on in the world right now. But I just wanted to give them an official because, come on, are we doing now next, Cash Patel, the FBI director. It's a lot of things that's going on right now that kind of needs to have the attention of the FBI, of our justice departments in general, in the country. And where is he at? He's in Milan celebrating with the hockey team or Sand. I don't. I don't know that man. That. But yeah, he's out there. He's chugging beers, throwing beer back. Mind you, this is all on the taxpayers dime. Whenever he's flying around on a private jet for the FBI, he's out there in Milan. Wow, we're back here. And things are being covered up and stuff like that. You know what? You know what? Because like the way that I feel, it reminds me of Bishop in. In Juice, you know, because it feels like I go to sleep, you know, wake up with more and more news, more and more evidence that our government's corrupt, more and more evidence that our government's stealing from us as tax paying citizens. More and more evidence that they're doing wild things behind the scenes with children and with innocent women. And. And then it's like you think about if you, if you consume too much of that, that it. You know, I get warnings from my friends and all of that stuff all the time, like, don't, don't take too much of that in because it's gonna make you crazy. You know what I'm saying? It's gonna make you crazy. Relax, Relax. And you know what? You know what? [00:36:49] Speaker B: You right. [00:36:52] Speaker A: I am crazy. [00:36:54] Speaker B: But you know what else? [00:36:58] Speaker A: I don't give a. If this is what they're gonna consider crazy. And so, yeah, all right, I guess I am so back to covering up all of the Epstein files, which are the Department of Justice and our FBI are doing. It's got. This is musty TV talking about must see tv. So we had the state of the union yesterday evening. Of course, the criminal in chief, he was lying all through the state of the union address talking about how wonderful he is, how wonderful America is, and he's got a I and me problem anyways, so I'm off him. But you know what people are not talking about whenever it comes to this. First of all, Virginia. Virginia guy. Rest in peace. Rest in peace. We don't know. I. I'm. I'm not sure the details around her death. I know people ruled it a suicide, but I'm not certain of that. She was interviewed along with other victims by Nancy Guthrie. Excuse me, by Savannah Guthrie. I'm sorry. And Savannah Guthrie is the daughter of Nancy Guthrie who is missing right now for over several weeks and being held hostage or held for ransom or whatnot. Okay. Prior to that, they'll say that this is not related, but I believe it was back in 2020, u. S. District Judge Esther Sil, her son was killed, her husband critically injured and shot. This was after it set up where it does not look related at all. But I think that she was researching financials related to Epstein and stuff at that time. So I think we all too quiet about this. And that's what is so frustrating about it. It's also frustrating where some would consider me a conspiracy theorist. So if that holds true, and you do consider me that, then you have to understand that I've been on this and knowing that this evil was out here existing for, you know, I mean, for a while. And in an effort to not be labeled cuckoo or wacky, I had to keep a lot of that stuff to myself or chose to keep a lot of that stuff to myself or just in an effort for. For me not to be labeled as irresponsible with my information, kept it to myself. However this stuff is, it's out. It's being exposed daily, by the minute, by the hour. Like I said, I'm off that. Let's just act civil and let's look for justice. Justice is going to work. Justice is. You know what? I don't give a. Nah, nah, nah. Justice. Say like, we need to put him in jail. We need to put him in jail. Why are we still talking about. [00:39:54] Speaker B: Why the. [00:39:54] Speaker A: Are we still talking about jail? See, that's what I'm saying. Like it's going like this is all I gotta keep the. Hey, gotta keep the light hearted, you know what I'm saying? In the in the energy and the tone so I don't get flagged. I'm just saying. I'll say it real happy. Well, why are we talking about jail? Why are we still talking about jail? All right. Talking about people that eat and kill kids. Why are we talking about jail? I don't know if that changes anything. I hope I don't get flagged and try to. Yeah, I mean, 1, 2. But word today, Chappelle. Unstoppable Negro at all. [00:40:31] Speaker B: Right? [00:40:32] Speaker A: Shout out to Jack Johnson. All right, So I. I'm gonna just keep it at that. I don't. This is not no call to action at all. None of that. I just hope to awaken some things in some people that you're not going crazy looking around and looking at the inactivity that's going on. All right? You're not. You might have to take care of yourself and your mentors or whatnot. Your faculties. Me, in this moment, I've chose not to in the last couple days. All right? And y' all can hear the results of it. Like I said, I'm righteous. I'm righteous. So I'm against wicked, period. So. So, yeah, like, that. Nothing's been surprising as far as the things that have come out, because I have had a season and a period where I've thought the most heinous and disgusting, vile things about elites and about what could be going on as far as the cabal or different secret societies at the top. So none of this stuff is surprising to me. It's only surprising the inactivity and how brainwashed certain people are that they still brainwashed enough to keep this a partisan thing or try to make this a partisan thing and try to keep it political. It's not political. It's humanity that we're talking about. It's humanity. So, like, let me around and catch. You know what I'm saying? I don't know. I can't say nobody's name that I, you know, allegedly let me allegedly around and catch in. Or ass. Of course. Ho. Ass. Yeah. There's a lot of old ass. All of them. Like, if I catch it, like, yeah, you know, it's. It's not. I think that I'm recording, and that's the best thing for me to be doing now is to be getting this out on the microphone phone, all of this energy. But again, because all of this stuff is for entertainment, you know, we're not. We're not inciting nothing over here, but it's edutainment, if you will, not inciting nothing over here, but we are frustrated as a nation. The black. I'm not frustrated as a black man in Black History Month at all. I. I think that it's. I think it's more adoration for us that we get. I hate that it's this type of attention from others, but that we get so much attention from others and we're always on people's minds. I think that that's. That's something. It's a sick little form of adoration and, and everything. So I don't know. I don't know. I wanted to. Let me see here. I'll go ahead and move forward because I don't have much more to say about that. I'm waiting to see what unfolds as this continues to go on and, you know, we'll see what happens as the days go on. Donald Trump, he's trying to hold on for dear life. Every time that he's talking, he's. He's all over the place. I do have a couple of randoms that I did want to go through. And salute to Reb Again, thank you for sending me an email. I apologize. I was all over the place after the email we get talking about the state of the union, literally. But make sure that y' all email us here. Mandatory OT704gmail.com Mandatory OT704gmail.com Also, you can reach us on a hotline, 7047-8170-1170-4781-7012. And don't forget to follow our IG page at Mandatory OT. All right? At Mandatory OT. I appreciate that. Now, lastly, a couple of random things. I had a couple of random things. I thought there was something that was heard at work. So one random thing that I wanted to mention to y' all that I wrote down the other week that I haven't been able to mention. There's power and corny. All right? There's power in corny. I want y' all to embrace, which I feel is the most corny part of you and stuff. As long as it's genuinely and authentically you, then there's power. There's power in that. There's power in embracing the. The biggest insecurity that you have or that you perceive to have whenever it comes to other people. So I just wanted to put that word out there that there is power in being corny. Embrace your corny side and embrace the corniness. Whatever happened to black youngster? I have that written down. Y' all let me know Somebody put an APB out for my boy. I don't know. Haven't heard from black youngster in a minute. But first of all, paper route over here, man. Shout out, Dolph. Rest in peace, Dolph. But, yeah, I'm just curious. Whatever happened to black youngster and QR code culture? I understand the technology part of it and that it's advancing us, but I hate it. All right, I'm just saying, whether you're at the gym and boom, it beep. Or are you doing your rewards, if you're at, like, cavo or a nice restaurant, or if you're sitting down in a restaurant and the menu is a QR code, it's like, I know that we're saving trees or in an effort to save paper and everything like that, but, you know, y' all gotta get this to work. Tickets at the games or concerts with the QR Code. It's. What if my phone battery's dead? What if my phone's dying? What if my phone's not updated? Or. Come on, it's a bunch of things that can go wrong. But yeah, QR code culture. I don't want us to exclusively move specifically to that. That's Small ass Random thought I have written down. Yo, all right, yo. This commercial break is brought to us by for the Record podcast. It's a couple episodes still on Apple podcast, so you could definitely check us out there. I want to say is close to 10 years ago that we did the podcast. But yeah, check out this clip real quick. For the Record podcast. Rest in peace to my boy, Keith Ledger. Forward to being creative. [00:46:39] Speaker C: Yeah, Doing some corny ass. [00:46:42] Speaker A: Making her cry, you know I'm saying. [00:46:43] Speaker C: Making her cry. Making sure her. Her people are there. Everybody can see her be a mess, and you know what I'm saying? [00:46:50] Speaker D: Yeah, I don't know. [00:46:51] Speaker C: I feel like she'd be right robbing me of that. But on the other side, to know that female feels that strongly about a man that she's gonna. If she was playing Brandy's I Want [00:47:04] Speaker B: to Be Down, I was just about to say that. I swear to God. [00:47:07] Speaker C: Listen, I might tear up. [00:47:11] Speaker B: Oh, my God. Some nostalgia. [00:47:13] Speaker A: Nostalgia. Ah, man. Memories. Memories. Shout out to the old gang, yo. Shout out to the old gang, especially my boy, Keith Ledger. Rest well. Continue to rest in peace, my brother. I love you, dog. But yeah, salute to. For the Record. Now, for the record, I do want to move forward to our High Star Bars. Bars of the week. There was several different candidates for that with the. Is that on the on the radar. I think on the radar they did a freshman list this year instead of. Instead of double xl. And their new class, it came with some fire. There was. There's definitely a couple. A couple that did very well. But let's see here. I'm gonna try to find a couple and find one for us to play. So we're gonna play this freestyle from Rayvon, TDE's very own Ray Vaughan. Let me go ahead and cue this up, but this is on the radar Freestyle. Shout out to the on the radar freshman class. Let's see what he's talking about here, though. High star bars for this week, y'. [00:48:37] Speaker B: All look we stay silent they constantly disrespect them little scary ass white boys should be checked. Let them think they got the juice to their breasts they scared to death they mock it and play oppressed bitch Melanin is the threat, man, hell no. The culture way too quiet for me. They screaming industry plant but they let blood on our leaves we let them talk reckless. Cause it ain't one of us on the screen but disrespect to one of ours. That's a shot at the team, please. I guess we all just monkeys who making jungle music music white feet on the culture they emulate the blueprint, mock the origin then monetize off the movement when it sounds like a costume Then they just called the humans so read the room cause this ain't a typo they playing with the culture looking at us all price low we been through it all but we gonna be all right though. So y' all let me talk to them white folks. We invited you to the cookout, let you mimic our steps, gave you place in our desk. We let you copy our flesh. We shed our style, shed our rhythm, let you copy the steps. You ain't good off our season now you spit on our chefs Free of speech, don't be free of respect. So if you shed a disrespect then you host to neglect look, we stay silent they constantly disrespect them little scary ass white boys should be checked Let them think they got the juice like that, like that. Hope y' all learn enjoying yourselves and enriching yourselves this Black History Month. You know, forget my rambling earlier, though. Any rants and stuff. If I went off kilter and off script, but just a little bit passionate about the inactivity that's going on and everybody dragging their feet right now up there in D.C. let a brother like myself be doing a 1 64th of what's been done up there and been given that much power. All right. Y' all know what time it is. Yo, I ain't gonna get back into it. Salute to everybody black. Hey, but, you know, again, salute. Just salute. Salute. But, yeah, Happy Black History Month. And suit to everybody black especially. All right. But with supreme faith that's in God, I want to go ahead and end this off with a prayer that's straight from the heart.
